17-year old Jake has just moved to town with his single mom. From his upstairs bedroom window he notices a strange house down the street - becoming increasingly intrigued by the beautiful and mysterious teenage girl Natalie who lives there with her mother. A friendship develops that quickly turns into a romance. But soon Jake realizes that he and Natalie are from two very different worlds and he begins to sense that he may have been lured into her life for a dark and sinister purpose.
