17-year old Jake Pullman has just moved into a new neighborhood with his single mom. From the window of his upstairs bedroom he can see into the garden of the strange house across the street. His interest is focused on the beautiful, mysterious teenager Natalie who lives there with her mother. As their friendship develops Jake realizes that he and Natalie come from very different worlds and that he might have been lured into her life for a sinister purpose.
